A food and symptom diary needs to be kept to focus on what kind of symptoms are produced after consuming each food. After a period of two to three weeks, foods one-by-one that have been avoided initally can be carefully re-introduced. 

This re-introduction of foods is called the "Challenge" phase of an allergy avoidance diet. Only one suspected food should be reintroduced at a time for a period of two to four days per food. This because it usually take some time for delayed-response symptoms to appear.

1. Avoid all Food antigens by doing elimination diet. Start with Cucumber, Carrot, Celery, Beet, Parsley, Lettuce, cinnamon, turmeric and Spinach for 2 weeks.
